Heinz “Spread & Bake” Sticky BBQ

Tuesday, 17 March 2009 06:34 by nico

Heinz has recently release a new range of coating sauces called “Spread & Bake” and hopefully, there’s a “Sticky BBQ” flavour !

It’s a very thick barbecue sauce (the “sticky” term fits perfectly) that has a very good smokey smell. Cold, it has a good vinegar attack but the after taste is quite sweet.

Of course, the purpose is to taste it hot and cooked and that’s we’ve done !
The cooking instructions on the label give you some tip on how to cook it with chicken. We’ve tried it and we’ll talk about that on a later post but it’s really perfect on chicken, like said on the label Cool
