Another rub recipe

Here’s a rub I came up with for my pulled pork and I find it pretty balanced. Makes about 1/4 cup (that was enough for my small pork butt) 2 teaspoons paprika (I used Hungarian paprika which quite strong) 2 teaspoons kosher salt 8 twists of pepper grinder 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoons mustard powder 2 teaspoons light brown sugar 1 teaspoons brown sugar 1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 7 twists of coriander grinder 1 teaspoons dry oregano Combine all ingredients together and blend well. The kosher salt, freshly ground pepper and freshly ground coriander gave a nice grainy texture. I also used it on a rack of ribs but added a bit more brown sugar.
